SHIPPING & RETURNS
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns of all unworn and unused product for a refund to original form of payment postmarked within 10 business days of order delivery. Items purchased on sale or using a discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to issue price adjustments or refunds for shipping at this time.
We currently don't offer exchanges, so please place a new order on our site if you need a new size, style, or color. If you place a new order for the same style, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily refund the shipping costs for your replacement order.
Return shipping is covered by the customer. All returns should be shipped back using an insured, trackable shipping method. South Swing is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
